Available for new projects

Somewhere in your business, a human is copying data between two tabs. Let's fix that.

I'm Louai, an AI consultant who finds the manual workflows quietly draining your time and revenue, and replaces them with systems that run themselves. You keep the headcount. You lose the busywork.

How I work

First I diagnose. Then I solve.

01

Diagnose

I map your actual workflows 'not the org-chart version' and find where hours and money quietly leak out.

02

Prescribe

You get a plain-English plan: what to implement, what to leave alone, and why. No tech for tech's sake.

03

Build

I build the system, connect your existing tools, and stress-test it until it survives contact with reality.

04

Hand over

Your team gets documentation and a walkthrough. No black boxes, no permanent dependency on me.

Most automators ask “what do you want built?” I ask “why is a human doing this at all?” mine is where the money is.

The systems

No client logos yet. So here are the machines instead.

I'm early in my consulting practice, so I won't pretend to a wall of testimonials. What I do have: three complete systems, designed, built, and 'stress-tested end-to-end', the same systems I install for clients. Here's what each one does and what the runs showed.

SYS.01 Sales · Proposals · Payments

Proposal-to-payment, while the prospect is still warm

The problem

A service business was winning strong discovery calls, then losing hours writing each proposal by hand. Proposals went out a day or two later, once the excitement had cooled. Follow-ups slipped, signatures dragged, payment came even later. Deals that should have closed in days took weeks. Some died without anyone noticing.

The system

The moment a discovery call ends, a tailored proposal is drafted from what the prospect actually said; so it reads like it was written for them, because it was. It goes out with e-signature and a payment link attached. If the prospect goes quiet, the system follows up on its own and only taps a human when a personal touch is genuinely needed.

What changed

Time from discovery call to proposal: from 1–3 days to under 30 minutes. The proposal now lands while the conversation is still fresh before urgency fades and competitors step in. And in testing, well-timed automated follow-ups revived 18% of proposals that had gone silent → 'deals that had already been written off'.

Run results

$20K in revenue recovered from stalled proposals in one month + a team that reviews and approves instead of writing, formatting, and chasing.

SYS.02 Onboarding · Delivery · Handoff

From “deal won” to kickoff in under an hour

The problem

A delivery-focused business closed deals well, then everything got messy at handoff. New-client setup meant records, project spaces, tasks, and kickoff meetings created by hand. Then the real drag: chasing missing briefs, assets, logins, and documents. Kickoffs slipped and clients felt the confusion exactly when first impressions matter most.

The system

When a deal is marked won, everything sets itself up: client record, project workspace, task list, kickoff meeting, welcome message. The client gets one clean branded intake form, and the system politely chases whatever's missing "documents, assets, access" until it's all in. Nobody on the team plays the reminder role ever again.

What changed

Time from closed deal to kickoff: from 2–5 days to under 1 hour. Work begins while the client is still excited, which protects the relationship, the renewal, and the referrals. It also hands back about 3 hours of manual follow-up per client, roughly 30 hours of project-manager time for every 10 clients won.

Run results

3 additional client projects handled per month with the same headcount, meaning, a capacity that scales with every client you win.

SYS.03 Leads · CRM · Pipeline

Two safety nets for a pipeline nobody trusted

The problem

A growing sales team got leads from everywhere: website, ads, email, chat and tracked it all in a CRM nobody fully trusted. Leads sat untouched while someone figured out who should handle them. Qualification ran on gut feel, and high-value deals quietly died of neglect while the pipeline numbers lied to leadership.

The system

Safety net one: every new lead is caught, enriched with missing company and contact details, scored for fit, and routed to the right person with an instant alert, with reminders and escalation if nobody responds in time. Safety net two: a quiet daily sweep of the CRM that flags stalled deals, missing info, and overdue follow-ups, then sends managers a short weekly pipeline summary.

What changed

Lead response time: from 20–24 hours to under 10 minutes, you get the conversation before any competitor does. The daily sweep surfaced stalled deals, and 38% of them had sat untouched for 30+ days: invisible deals the team believed were “in progress,” now caught while they can still be saved.

Run results

$10K in pipeline rescued from stalled deals, plus a 25% improvement in lead-to-meeting conversion, and a pipeline number leadership can finally trust.

About

An AI engineer who didn't want to build models.

[ The philosophy ]

The most valuable system is the kind you never have to think about.

I don't build chatbots. I don't build flashy demos. I build the invisible plumbing that stops your business from leaking time and money.

I trained as an AI engineer. Somewhere along the way I realized I had no interest in the usual path of building models from scratch and training them into the night.

What actually interested me was simpler and, I'd argue, more useful: every business owner I met or heard of had the same two problems: not enough time, and revenue leaking out of manual processes. Nobody needed another neural network. They needed the proposal to send itself.

So I became the person who does that. I'm good at walking into a business, watching how work actually flows, and spotting the bottleneck everyone has stopped noticing because “that's just how we do it.” Then I build the system that removes it, and I can tell you why that bottleneck and not the other three.

A short list of industries I won't work with
  • Banks & insurance companies
  • Gambling companies
  • Real estate agencies
Next step

Let's find your bottleneck.

Thirty minutes, no charge. You describe how work moves through your business; I'll tell you where the hours are going and whether a system can win them back. If it can't, I'll say so, because "diagnosing honestly is the whole job".
